EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Atelizê wishes you to feel at ease in shopping with us and for this reason it has created an Exchange Policy to serve you in case something is not as expected.

EXCHANGE

You can exchange for any other product available on the website of the same value or value above, upon payment of the difference. Get in touch by e-mail atelizze@gmail.com, within seven calendar days from the arrival of the product, stating your full name, order number and product to be exchanged. Up to 105 cm the customer will receive a tracking code to return the art via post, without generating extra costs. Upon receipt, we will do a product analysis and return with the exchange procedures. We do not provide packaging for shipping, we suggest that you use the same. To effect the exchange, it is necessary that the product is in perfect condition and in the case of products with packaging, they must be intact.

DEFECT RETURN / FAULT

Get in touch by email atelizze@gmail.com, within seven calendar days from the arrival of the product, stating your full name, order number and defective product, please send at least 5 photos in different positions (focused) damage and the product as a whole) and with image quality and 1 video. Up to 105 cm the customer will receive a tracking code to return the art via post, without generating extra costs. Upon receipt, we have five working days for product analysis and return with replacement procedures. We do not provide packaging for shipping, we suggest that you use the same. If the analysis is approved, Atelizê will generate a new order to replace the defective product, considering the shipping time of the carrier

RETURN REPENTANCE

In order to effect the refund / refund it is necessary that the product is in perfect condition and in the case of products with packaging, they must be intact. If the analysis is approved, Atelizê will generate a refund / refund of the product value plus the freight charge paid, within seven working days. If the order is partially returned, the freight is not refunded / refunded.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY TIME

Atelizê does not have a stock of arts. The moment you make the purchase, the art will be produced, for this it is necessary an average period of 8 to 15 working days, which may vary more or less without notice. The delivery time will start counting from the day of postage after the production time. In case of doubt please contact us by the call centers before making the purchase. Delivery times and freight rates may vary according to the zip code, quantity and size of the chosen artwork. Recalling that the period begins to count after confirmation of payment on our website.
